I know y'all are probably sick of seein' it, but my apartment was just featured in Time Out Chicago and I thought maybe you'd wanna take a gander.
Bunny is waiting for me to make her a Manhattan.
hmmmm, I think it's about time to change up a few things in the living room. Dave needs to be relocated, as does that sad jade plant, and I'd like to find some rad art to flank the mirror. ideas?
anyway, if you happen to pick up a copy of this week's Time Out, you might notice a full-page feature on Ash & Arrow (two gals with an etsy store who'll bring the clothes to you!), shot in this very living room, with yours truly pretending to be a model. eek!

Marti, I wish I could tell you the color of the wall! It was actually painted that way when I moved in and it desperately needs touching up in several places. It's actually much darker and a little...greener? than it appears in the photo. seeing it like this is inspiring me to just repaint the whole thing. and get a new cabinet unit, like...pronto.
Sigh! Looks great and am loving the bar setup. I am desperate for a bar cart, but with kiddos in my place...perhaps not the best idea...unless I could teach them to make mommy a gimlet?
